Dose 2 tablespoons of cacao for one cup. We personally love this made with warm oat milk.

You can warm it on the stove, in a microwave or using a milk frother.

No, it definitely doesn’t taste like mushrooms!

We have worked long and hard on our cacao superblend in order to combine a potent blend of mushrooms without being able to taste them!

Lucuma is a native South American fruit known as "the gold of the Incas." Revered as a superplant since the pre-colonial period due to it's high antioxidant count, it has also been shown to normalise blood sugar levels and support digestion and gut health due to its abundance in soluble and insoluble fibre.

We recommend starting with one cup a day. The dose of mushrooms in each serving has been specifically designed to be effective in one cup, but can be increased to multiple cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.

Our formulations have been carefully developed to be truly effective, with precise dosages.
